I started my, who knows, 1,000th playthrough after the TV show and MTG set came out. I am at level 115 now. Even though I have seen and done almost anything and everything in this game, it is so cool seeing someone's first playthrough. Especially with how funny and relatable you are.

You know what? I wonder why we never have the option to have Astarian (or the other vampire spawn) drink Cazador’s blood. Per a dialogue with Astarian in act 1, if he drank Cazador’s blood he would no longer be a spawn anymore. I’m sure it would still cause a personality shift like ascension would but I just think it’s odd that option isn’t considered or available.
